Born and raised in Eastern Ontario, I convinced my husband (a retired Peel Police officer) that a move to Brockville would be a nice change of pace from our GTA lifestyle. We first moved to Elizabethtown before moving to a country property in North Augusta. Having worked as a financial planner and a mortgage agent, I have a strong financial background. Buying a home is often the single largest investment a person will make. My role is to help you find a home that will increase in value and provide equity should you decide to upsize or downsize as your family situation changes. When first licensed as a real estate agent, I worked for the Kingston branch of a company responsible for selling businesses and commercial real estate. Confidentiality was very important. In many cases, a business owner does not want to alert his or her competitors about their plan to sell. She/he also does not want to alarm employees, customers or suppliers. I will help you to sell your business confidentially. Unfortunately, too many business owners wait until they are burnt out or experiencing a health crisis before they decide to sell. The best time to sell is when the business is a going concern and while you are still able to enjoy the retirement income the sale will generate. If you are currently thinking about buying a home or business or wish to sell your home or business, consider investing an hour or so, of your time, to learn more about how I can help you. I believe that you will find it time well spent.
